Product

Bobolink is an AI-powered upskilling chat companion designed to provide bite-sized, context-aware learning materials during work roadblocks. Offering simultaneous access to tasks and learning content, it seamlessly integrates into workflows to ensure minimal disruption. Acting as a personal teaching assistant, Bobolink converses with users to deliver additional learning whenever needed, while smartly organizing information to allow precise navigation.

Research

Our research phase continues to play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our users. We employed a multifaceted approach, including semi-structured interviews, surveys, and user testing with data science professionals at various levels. This comprehensive research allowed us to uncover key insights into users' learning needs, preferences for information delivery, and the challenges they face with existing tools. By analyzing this data, we identified critical pain points and opportunities for innovation. These insights informed the ideation and technical feasibility stages and guided the development of our MVP and subsequent iterations.
